PPM Possess both the expertise and engineering required for manufacturing both hard ceramic plates and soft ballistics that address very specific threats. All PPM body armor is a balance of threat reduction, weight and price.

I.A.P.C.

The IAPC "Immediate Action Plate Carrier" is designed to increase your level of protection at a moment's notice. Our soft armor inserts meet NIJ level III-A+ specifications, and exceed current Interceptor OTV fragmentation requirements. The soft armor stops burst fire from sub-machine guns (without plates). True multi-hit capability. Areal density: 0.99 lbs/ft2. Internal plate pockets accept SAPI and BALCS plates. Other plate pockets can be configured on request. The PPM IAPC accepts PPM level III-A+ soft armor inserts and PPM Special Operations Multi-Hit API ceramic inserts. Sizes small through x-large.

The UPC "Universal Plate Carrier" is designed to accept Large, Medium, and Small SAPI style plates all in one carrier. Our soft armor inserts meet NIJ level IIIA specifications and exceed current Interceptor OTV fragmentation requirements. The soft armor stops burst fire from sub-machine guns (without plates). True multi-hit capability. Areal density: 0.99 lbs/ft2. Internal plate pockets accept SAPI, BALCS, plates of all sizes. The UPC accepts PPM level III-A armor inserts and PPM Special Operations Multi-Hit API ceramic inserts.
